We’re looking for a Strategic Channel Partnerships Manager to join Procore's Corporate Development and Partnerships team. In this role, you’ll execute and support the partnership strategy with key channel partners to accelerate our global revenue and expand market reach. The primary goal of this role is to ensure the operational success of the channel strategy, translating high-level strategy into measurable results with assigned partners.
As a Strategic Channel Partnerships Manager, you’ll partner with leaders and teams across Sales, Operations, and Legal to coordinate program implementation, manage relationship health, and drive operational efficiency. Use your organizational ability, cross-functional coordination, and relationship management skills to ensure the partner relationship delivers measurable revenue and customer success results. This position reports to the Director, Strategic Channel Partnerships and will be based in any US location (remote). We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Manage the partner lifecycle by serving as the primary operational point of contact for a portfolio of assigned channel partners, ensuring successful onboarding, enablement, and productivity.
Coordinate cross-functional alignment by acting as the central hub to integrate partnership activities across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product for cohesive go-to-market motions.
Support deal structuring by assisting the Director in the negotiation and execution of partnership contracts and managing the internal processes (Legal, Finance, Operations) required to launch new partners.
Track and report on indirect revenue forecasts and all related co-sell, resell, and implementation programs, demonstrating ownership over performance data.
Operationalize strategic planning by supporting the creation and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and preparing all necessary materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive alignment sessions.
Enable the field directly by providing training to regional resources, troubleshooting partner-related issues, and supporting joint account mapping to ensure consistent execution and results.
What we’re looking for:
A Bachelor's degree is required, along with 5+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3+ years directly supporting B2B SaaS Channel Partnerships or Alliance programs in an operational or field-facing capacity.
Demonstrated, positive experience in executing partner programs and managing relationships that deliver measurable, sustained revenue growth.
Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple, complex projects and deadlines in a high-paced environment.
Excellent, open communication skills and a proven ability to build effective working relationships across internal functions (Sales, Finance, Operations) through transparency and collaboration.
Experience utilizing Salesforce (or other CRM) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools is highly desirable for this role.
Previous SaaS or software experience, or familiarity with the construction industry market and technology, is a plus.
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $160,000 - $220,000. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
