Finance, Strategy & Operations

The finance, strategy and operations team collectively “keeps the lights on” by supporting internal and financial operations with technical accounting, fiscal reporting, strategic planning, process optimizations and more. Guided by trustworthiness and transparency, we provide the roadmap to execute company objectives to improve accountability, job effectiveness and communication. This work is collaborative, fast-paced and challenging – we’re proud of how it drives growth and opportunity for Procore and our careers.

Global Talent Organization

A dedicated group of trusted advisors, strategic partners and coaches, our global talent organization sets the standard for how we treat our employees and candidates. Our teams span employee experience, talent operations, diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging, and more. Legal, Regulatory and Compliance (LRC)

Problem solvers and strategic thinkers, the legal, regulatory and compliance team’s goal is to get our internal partners around the globe to “yes” while protecting Procore against unnecessary risk. Our work touches every organization within the company and includes negotiating contracts, supporting product development and launches, keeping up with ever-changing regulations, managing Procore’s intellectual property portfolio and more. We proudly support the company and our employees by driving results and implementing best practices as we scale worldwide.

Marketing

Focused, energetic and customer-centric, our marketing department brings a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges to further our mission of connecting everyone in construction on a global platform. We thrive in a fast-paced environment and work cross-functionally to cultivate sales, engagement and customer loyalty.
