We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. This Senior Business Systems Analyst will join Procore’s Talent Technology team. In this role, you’ll own and manage our service JIRA board, leveraging data to identify opportunities for process automation or system enhancements.  This role will also provide Tier 3 support and maintenance of our Talent Technologies, including Workday,  to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our organization.

This position reports into Director, Talent Technology and will be based in our Austin office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and manage the service JIRA board, ensuring timely triage, prioritization and resolution of requests.

  • Monitor ticket volume and trends to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement or training.

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Workday HCM issues, working closely with Workday support as needed.

  • Serve as our internal SOX program liaison, supporting audit requests and ensure compliance with internal controls.

  • Configure and maintain the Workday Core HCM system, including modules such as Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management.

  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and system configurations.

  • Lead and participate in Workday HCM projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project scope.

  • Develop comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.

  • Stay updated with Workday releases and updates, assessing their impact on the system and communicating changes to stakeholders.

  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements to optimize HR technology delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Business Systems Analyst or a similar role, including direct experience with Workday configuration and end-user support.

  • Deep configuration expertise in 2-3 Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent or Recruiting); Workday certification is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of Workday reporting and security, including an understanding of SOX controls and compliance.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and focus on delivering high-quality solutions.   

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks or projects in a fast-paced environment. .

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

  • Comfortable working independently and in partnership with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders.

  • Experience working in a global or multi-national company is a plus.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $94,720 - $130,240. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
