Job Description
We’re looking for a Product Manager, Mobile to join Procore’s Project Management division. In this role, you’ll be the primary Product Manager representing mobile within the division. You will be responsible for managing the mobile backlog for our suite of Project Management products and working collaboratively across the broader product team to identify and prioritize mobile needs. Your primary goal will be to holistically improve the mobile experience for our customers, enabling them to seamlessly manage their construction projects on time and under budget from their iOS and Android devices.
As a Product Manager, Mobile Experience within Project Management, you’ll partner closely with UX Design and Engineering teams to define and execute the mobile product roadmap and features across our Project Management offering. You will dedicate time to understanding customer needs across the division, general customer feedback on mobile, market trends, and translate these findings into a mobile roadmap that delivers significant value and improves user satisfaction. A key aspect of this role will be the ongoing evaluation of mobile analytics data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform prioritization decisions within the mobile backlog. You will also maintain strong communication across our Cairo and US-based PM team members to ensure we adequately represent the needs of the division.
This position reports to the Director of Product, Project Management and will be based in Cairo, Egypt.
What you’ll do:
Own and manage the mobile product backlog for the Project Management division, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
Partner with Product Managers across the Project Management division to gather and prioritize mobile product needs and requirements.
Define and execute a mobile-focused roadmap to improve the user experience across Procore’s Project Management products, including defining key success metrics.
Evaluate mobile analytics data to identify user behavior patterns, pain points, and opportunities for optimization within our mobile applications.
Synthesize customer feedback, user research, and mobile market trends to inform and guide your mobile product roadmap and priorities.
Define and scope mobile features in a detailed manner, capturing critical requirements and user stories in the form of Epics and Stories, optimized for the mobile context.
Collaborate daily with design and engineering teams to transform your mobile requirements into valuable and intuitive mobile experiences for our customers on both iOS and Android.
Maintain close communication and alignment with the US-based team of Project Management Product Managers to ensure a unified product vision.
Advocate for the mobile user within the product development process.
What we’re looking for:
B.A. or B.S.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to driving change and achieving results in a professional environment.
1 - 3 years of mobile product management experience across both IOS and Android platforms.
Experience working collaboratively with engineering and design teams to deliver new mobile features that have a positive impact on end users.
A strong passion for customer success and a drive to deeply understand end-user problems, as well as competitive and market trends in the construction and mobile spaces.
Experience defining user stories, structured requirements, and specifications, with a focus on mobile usability and context, and managing success metrics.
Experience using mobile analytics tools to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
Ability to work collaboratively across the organization with other product teams and stakeholders to gather feedback and influence the mobile product strategy.
