Job Description
Procore is seeking a passionate Head of Corporate Sales, Europe, to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives focused on expanding our Commercial & SMB (Corporate) business.
In this role, you’ll contribute to driving the expansion of Procore’s renowned SaaS sales organisation and our mission of revolutionising the multi-trillion dollar construction industry. You will cultivate a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and support.

Based in Dublin, Ireland, this position reports to the General Manager for Europe, and serves as a key member of the European Leadership Team.
What you’ll do:
Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new Commercial and SMB (Corporate) customers and expanding existing relationships to meet targets
Manage diverse Corporate deals across market segments
Lead the European Corporate sales team and all related sales activities
Build and retain a high-performing Corporate sales team
Coordinate sales strategy and operations for the Corporate segment in Europe
Partner with the Marketing and Channel teams to drive revenue targets for the Corporate segment
Provide leadership to the Corporate sales team, fostering accountability and high performance
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual Corporate revenue targets for Europe
Lead cross functional workstreams to elevate and develop Procore’s business in Europe
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
Proven success in quota-carrying software sales, preferably within a SaaS environment
Familiarity with developing relationships in the Corporate sector, ideally in a high-growth SaaS company
A strong track record of executing aggressive growth strategies and consistently exceeding targets
Proficiency in sales methodologies and familiarity with Salesforce
Experience selling through various channels, including boardroom meetings, product demos, and social selling
Proven experience as a second-line sales leader, with a track record of hiring, coaching and promoting front-line managers to drive performance and team development
Ability to work in Ireland
Additional Information
Base Pay Range €141,201 - €194,151. Plus commission plan for an estimated on-target earnings of €282,402 - €388,302. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
