We’re looking for an Executive Talent Management Program Manager to join Procore’s Talent Team organization. In this role, you’ll lead the design and continuous improvement of our most critical executive talent systems, transforming them from standalone programs into scalable, high-impact products.
As an Executive Talent Management Program Manager, you’ll partner with senior HR and business leaders to shape, deliver, and optimize our executive talent strategy. Use your strategic thinking, product management mindset, and data-driven approach to create systems that enhance leadership capability, drive organizational effectiveness, and prepare Procore’s next generation of executives. This position reports into the Head of Executive Talent Management and is a hybrid role based in our Austin, TX office (1 day in-office, 4 days from home). We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What You’ll Do
Own and manage the Executive Talent Product Portfolio, including Leadership Principles, Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, C-Suite Assessments, Executive Promotions, and Executive Onboarding.
Define and execute a multi-year product roadmap that aligns with Procore’s business strategy and leadership needs.
Apply Product Management and Agile principles to HR—gather Voice of the Customer feedback, design MVPs, iterate, and measure adoption and impact.
Partner with key stakeholders (People Partners, Talent team, business leaders) to deliver high impact products that strengthen Procore's executive talent density
Leverage analytics to track success metrics such as adoption, efficiency, and ROI, and provide performance updates to senior leaders.
Identify and pilot AI or automation opportunities that enhance the fairness, speed, and scalability of executive talent processes.
Build and maintain governance and communication frameworks that ensure alignment across the business and HR teams.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Talent Management, HR, or related fields, with direct exposure to executive or senior leadership audiences.
Proven experience applying Product Management, Agile, or UX principles to HR program design and execution.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a bias toward simplicity, automation, and measurable outcomes.
Exceptional communication and consulting skills, with the ability to influence at the C-suite and VP level.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, build strong stakeholder relationships, and lead projects end-to-end.
Curiosity and comfort exploring AI and data-driven solutions to modernize HR processes.
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $114,400 - $157,300. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
