We’re looking for a strategic and insight-driven Customer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our customer lifecycle and retention marketing efforts across the EMEA region. This foundational role will be instrumental in turning customer and product insights into targeted programs that drive meaningful business impact—across adoption, usage, engagement, retention, cross-sell, and upsell.

As a Customer Marketing Manager you’ll act as the connective tissue between data, customer needs, and business growth—partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Community & Advocacy, Product, and other Marketing teams to understand customer challenges, identify value moments, and deploy campaigns that directly contribute to revenue and retention goals.

This role is based in Dublin/London and reports to the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing.

What you will do:

Own customer marketing campaigns

  • Define and execute the customer marketing strategy aligned to regional retention, expansion, and growth goals. Build quarterly plans and operating rhythms.

  • Partner with Sales/CS on segment/account-based plays that unlock upsell and cross-sell—targeted campaigns, success stories by ICP/segment, and value realisation proof.

  • Build and leverage lifecycle automations across the funnel (onboarding, education, upsell, win-back, referral), using AI to increase volume and quality.

Drive high-intent lead generation

  • Develop and execute personalized marketing campaigns to enhance customer lifetime value. Use data-driven insights to personalize marketing initiatives at scale.

  • Optimize various channels including ABM to drive customer onboarding, retention and expansion

  • Implement a data-driven approach to proactively improve lifecycle stages, content relevance, and conversion points.

 Drive audience and industry insights

  • Become the knowledgeable person regarding the specified target audience by leveraging and initiating multiple data sources to constantly refine lifecycle marketing strategies.

  • Stay up to date with competitor lifecycle marketing strategies, industry trends, and customer pain points to optimize Procore customer marketing.

  • Develop and refine customer journey mapping, scoring models, and data triggers to power smarter and more personalized campaigns.

What we are looking for:

  • 7+ years in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in customer lifecycle marketing, retention, and demand generation.

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience

  • Able to work independently and take ownership of priorities, while seeking guidance from the Leadership where needed

  • Proven ability to navigate a matrix organisation, building strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across regions, functions, and levels

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and work in teams and with agencies

  • Proven success creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include web, direct mail, webinars, digital advertising, PPC, content, media, and social media

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation tools (Marketo), engagement tools (Demandbase or 6Sense), tracking and analytics tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to assess campaign effectiveness and project management tools (Workfront)
