Job Description
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Program Manager to join Procore’s Talent Team. In this role, you’ll own, design, and manage multiple programs and initiatives that enable the TA organization and our hiring teams to meet global hiring needs.
As a Talent Acquisition Program Manager, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to build and optimize TA programs, technology, and processes. This position reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition Operations and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple high-impact, cross-functional projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
Design and oversee the implementation of efficient and scalable solutions for the Talent Team
Drive adoption of existing and new recruitment technology and processes through effective change management and human-centered design thinking practices, training, and documentation
Act as a liaison between recruiting teams, vendors, and partners to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Conduct detailed analysis to identify gaps and opportunities and implement solutions to improve
Collaborate with internal partners and relevant audiences to align TA enablement programs and process updates with broader business goals
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a demonstrated track record of initiating, leading & managing complex programs, inclusive of communication and change management plans
Extensive knowledge of recruiting process, technology, and analytics
A history of effectively driving change and adoption of new solutions across a scaling organization
Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting complex information to audiences of all levels
Ability to operate autonomously on projects and initiatives, bringing ideas from conception through execution and beyond
Extensive change management experience, leading large-scale recruiting initiatives that drive transformation and ensure alignment with business objectives
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $114,400 - $157,300. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
