We’re looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. We’re a customer-centric group that encompasses engineering, product, product design and data, security and business systems.

As a Staff Technical Program Manager at Procore, you will own the end-to-end execution of the company’s Europe market strategy, translating business objectives into integrated, cross-functional delivery plans across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. Orchestrate complex, multi-portfolio programs, aligning priorities, dependencies, and investments to drive predictable outcomes. Enable fast, high-quality decision-making and continuously optimize operating models to accelerate growth and customer impact.

This position reports into Sr Director of Engineering and will be based in the Bengaluru, India office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately. Apply today to join our team of Groundbreakers.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Own New Market Execution Strategy: Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to translate the company’s Europe growth strategy into an executable, integrated operating plan across all solution areas. Drive clarity on market priorities, localization needs, and competitive positioning to ensure investments align with realistic revenue and adoption goals.

  • Orchestrate Complex, Multi-Portfolio Programs: Lead large-scale, multi-year technical and business programs spanning multiple product lines, platforms, and regional teams. Own end-to-end program integration: scope alignment, dependency management, sequencing, capacity tradeoffs, risk mitigation, and delivery predictability across engineering, product, and go-to-market functions.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment and Accountability: Align executives and functional leaders around shared priorities, investment tradeoffs, and delivery commitments for the Europe market. Facilitate operating rhythms and executive readouts.

  • Enable Fast, High-Quality Decision Making: Establish a single source of truth for execution health, milestones, risks, and cross-portfolio commitments. Shorten decision cycles by framing clear options, tradeoffs, data, and risks — enabling leaders to move quickly from strategy to execution.

What we’re looking for (Qualifications):

  • Executive-Level Program Leadership: 10+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional technical and business programs in high-growth or complex enterprise environments. Demonstrated ability to align senior leaders across competing priorities, surface tradeoffs, and drive durable execution commitments. Comfort operating in ambiguity, shaping structure where none exists, and building clarity across highly interdependent teams.

  • Market and Systems Thinking: Proven ability to operate at a portfolio and market level, connecting product strategy, engineering execution, go-to-market readiness, regulatory considerations, and customer adoption into a coherent operating model. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate growth objectives, regional market dynamics, and customer needs into executable investment priorities and delivery plans.

  • Operating Model Expertise: Experience driving complex initiatives across multiple product lines, platforms, or regions with measurable business outcomes. Extensive experience evolving portfolio-level planning, cross-team coordination, and outcome-driven delivery models. Experience building lightweight governance that increases speed, alignment, and accountability without introducing bureaucracy.

  • Strategic Decision Facilitation: Exceptional ability to frame decisions with clear options, tradeoffs, data, and risk profiles to accelerate leadership alignment and execution. Skilled at preventing analysis paralysis and driving momentum in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Influence, Communication, and Change Leadership: Outstanding communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex technical, business, and operational information for diverse audiences, including executive leadership. Strong interpersonal presence and credibility to influence without authority, navigate organizational dynamics, and drive change across functions and geographies.
