This position reports into the Sr. Director of Culture and will be based in our Austin, TX office on a hybrid schedule. Ideally, you will be on-site at least two-three days per week. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Leverage employee listening insights to design and launch programs that strengthen connection, belonging, and engagement across Procore.
  • Manage and evolve Procore’s Culture Ambassador Network, driving visibility, alignment, and cultural storytelling.
  • Partner with leaders and Internal Communications to oversee values recognition and cultural storytelling programs.

  • Oversee Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.
  • Define, measure, and report on key success metrics to evaluate the ROI and long-term impact of cultural programs.
What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, ideally focused on culture, employee engagement, or organizational development.
  • Proven ability to translate abstract cultural concepts into tangible, measurable initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve strategic outcomes.
  • Experience using agile, iterative methodologies to pilot, test, and scale new programs.
