We’re looking for a Senior Web Producer who has a strong understanding of content management and publishing workflows within a Marketing org. This position would be a part of the Marketing Web Team and is solely responsible for publishing, editing, and updating content on Procore's CMS.

They are responsible for creating demand, driving growth, and establishing Procore as the construction platform of choice through lasting relationships with customers, prospects, and partners. Procore marketing is the globally trusted voice to educate prospects and inspire clients, collaborators, and our ecosystem to champion meaningful change for the construction industry.
This position is based in our Austin, TX, office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Build, QAs, and publishes web content and site updates across our CMS.
Serve as the primary web request contact, facilitating stakeholder requirements and alignment.
Manage web request intake, routing approvals, and ensuring timely content delivery through project management.
Apply web design system knowledge and site standards to recommend effective web solutions.
Collaborate with creative and development teams on UX and content optimization.
Ensure quality assurance by actively testing and resolving issues before launch.
Monitor web performance using analytics and report on engagement and conversions.
Maintain content production documentation and optimize publishing workflows.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in digital content production, web publishing, or related field
Strong understanding of Contentful or similar Headless CMS platforms like Contentstack or Sanity
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business needs into digital solutions
Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS, UX design, and web accessibility standards
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with SEO best practices
Past experience working in a SaaS, B2B Marketing organization.
Base Pay Range:
