We're looking for a Practice Leader to drive the strategy and execution of our Enterprise Services division. You’ll be the executive force behind our largest clients, leading a team of 30+ to ensure they realize the full value of our platform. In this role, you’ll oversee a $10M+ book of business, bridging the gap between tactical delivery and high-level strategic partnership. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our approach to complex implementations including ERP integrations as well as mentoring our delivery teams, and ensuring our Strategic Engagement Managers are set up to orchestrate multi-year digital transformations.
This role will report to the NAMER Delivery, Senior Director and can be based remotely from a US location or in one of our US offices. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.
What you'll do
Drive practice strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for both tactical implementation and long-term strategic services to ensure client retention and platform value.
Lead high-performing teams: Manage and mentor a team of 30+ professionals, including Project Managers, Delivery Consultants, and Strategic Engagement Managers, to achieve delivery excellence.
Oversee financial performance: Own the book of business, maintaining a sharp focus on project margin, utilization, revenue recognition and other KPIs..
Enable enterprise complexity: Standardize delivery frameworks for large-scale, complex ERP integrations to reduce time-to-value without sacrificing bespoke client needs.
Act as executive sponsor: Step into high-stakes steering committee meetings for Tier-1 accounts to navigate complex project challenges and build lasting client trust.
Scale operational maturity: Forecast hiring needs and skill gaps, evolving the Strategic Engagement Manager role to act as the central nervous system for our largest accounts.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership to ensure our delivery methodology keeps pace with our evolving technology and market positioning.
What we're looking for
12+ years of experience in Professional Services or Management Consulting, with 5+ years in a SaaS leadership role.
Proven track record managing a $10M+ book of business and leading teams of 30+ employees.
Deep technical understanding of complex enterprise implementation cycles, specifically involving ERP integrations and middleware solutions.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders.
Experience with value drivers in recurring revenue models and a passion for driving customer growth.
Analytical and process-oriented mindset with a track record of building repeatable delivery frameworks.
Experience in a results-oriented culture where you’ve successfully aligned delivery outcomes with overall company strategy.
