Procore is expanding our Europe Channel team and we’re looking for a Partner Account Executive to join us in Europe. In this role, you will oversee the development and management of Procore’s Channel ecosystem across the Iberian Peninsula.

As a Partner Account Executive, you’ll expand our channel initiative in this key markets; building and overseeing the development and management of both existing and new strategic partners. You’ll set a strategy to grow the Procore ecosystem, identifying, recruiting, and enabling partners. You will work cross-functionally to drive your partner’s success, establishing priorities and successfully executing multiple projects with ease to deliver both partner experience excellence and against target expectations.

This position will report to our Director of Partnerships, EMEA and will be based in Spain or our Dublin office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.


What you’ll do:

  • Optimise the Ecosystem: Optimise the Procore Partner Program for Europe (specifically Spain & Portugal), helping to identify, recruit, onboard, and enable a cohort of channel partners who can drive new business within the available Sales & Delivery Programs.

  • Strategic Consulting: Act as a business consultant to help partners set strategy and collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to build, maintain, and implement business plans.

  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate deeply with the wider Europe Sales Organisation, aligning channel strategies with direct sales efforts to ensure a unified market approach and seamless deal execution.

  • Forecasting & Analysis: Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the partner’s performance as well as accurate forecasts to sales leadership based on partner performance and historical trends.

  • Drive Revenue: Drive revenue through your partners to exceed quarterly revenue targets.

  • Evangelise Value: Evangelise the partnership joint value proposition with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure awareness and collaboration. Work across the ecosystem to promote and evangelise the Procore vision and drive partner mindshare.

  • Enablement: Identify capacity and capability gaps to quantify & deliver effective partner enablement and recap quarterly results and progress to plan with channel partners.

  • Marketing Alignment: Liaise with regional marketing teams to plan roadshows, partner days, and marketing activities to build awareness and channel business to generate sales leads.

  • Global Best Practices: Contribute to Channel Management best practices and share with global peers.
     

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Channel role or Business Development/Sales Experience

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; native or professional fluency in Spanish is essential.

  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS company.

  • Experience setting up Channel Partners in the Europe region.

  • Experience establishing and developing long-term, lasting relationships.

  • Proven exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to quickly and thoroughly gain an understanding of the construction technology ecosystem.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range:

63,200.00 - 86,900.00 EUR Annual

On Target Earning Range:

126,400.00 - 173,800.00 EUR Annual

This role may also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
