We’re looking for an SMB Account Executive to join Procore’s Sales team. In this role, you’ll leverage your understanding of Procore’s products, sales methodology, and prospecting techniques to acquire new small to mid-sized customers who can benefit from Procore’s industry-leading construction management platform..This role is primarily focused on new logo acquisition, driving revenue through solution-based sales to prospective customers. You’ll own the full sales cycle, including inbound lead follow-up, outbound prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution selling, negotiation, and closing.
This position will be based in our Dublin office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you'll do:
Own the full sales cycle for new logo acquisition, including inbound lead follow-up, outbound prospecting, qualification, discovery, negotiation, and closing
Qualify and engage prospects from marketing-generated leads and self-sourced outbound efforts in a timely and professional manner
Develop and execute territory prospecting plans to build pipeline and create new sales opportunities
Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and conduct discovery calls to align customer needs with Procore solutions
Partner with Solutions Engineers to position Procore as the leading construction software solution
Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and account data in Salesforce, including pipeline management and forecasting
Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure a smooth post-sale handoff and successful customer onboarding
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
What we’re looking for:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
Proven closing experience in software sales within the SMB market, preferably B2B
Track record of success in inside and/or outside sales roles using a consultative, solution-based approach
Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and accurately forecast a sales pipeline
Strong communication and presentation skills across phone, email, and Zoom
Ability to develop trusted customer relationships and drive deals to close
Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, quota-driven sales environment
Experience using CRM and opportunity management tools, preferably Salesforce
Base Pay Range:
39,480.00 - 54,285.00 EUR AnnualOn Target Earning Range:
78,960.00 - 108,570.00 EUR AnnualThis role may also eligible for Equity Compensation.
