We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Procore’s AI Product organization. In this role, you’ll own a defined product area within our Frontier Models & Spatial Intelligence initiative, driving outcomes that help customers identify design risk earlier, improve constructability, and reduce costly rework. The primary goal of this role is to translate complex customer problems and emerging AI capabilities into clear product direction, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable customer outcomes.
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and construction domain experts to lead discovery, definition, and delivery for your product area. Use your strengths in customer research, problem framing, and product decision‑making to shape experiences that fit naturally into Procore’s platform and workflows. This role offers meaningful ownership, exposure to advanced AI‑powered capabilities, and the opportunity to help define how spatial intelligence becomes a core part of how construction teams work—join us and help envision and evangelize the future of Procore. Apply today.
This position will be based in our San Francisco office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

Lead customer discovery efforts, including user interviews, workflow walkthroughs, and feedback sessions, to deeply understand customer problems and needs.
Craft clear product briefs and artifacts that explain the “why,” align stakeholders, and guide execution.
Define and prioritize requirements and acceptance criteria by considering customer value, technical feasibility, and risk.
Partner with engineering and design to lead initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration.
Balance short‑term incremental improvements with longer‑term strategic bets to advance your product area.
Set, track, and communicate feature‑level customer outcomes and explain why they matter.
Coordinate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth product launches and a cohesive end‑to‑end customer experience.
What we’re looking for
4–7 years of product management experience, or equivalent experience owning outcomes in a product area.
Demonstrated proficiency in at least one problem space, with developing knowledge of adjacent domains and competitive landscapes.
Strong discovery skills, including synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights and fostering a culture of customer research.
Proven ability to write effective product briefs, requirements, and acceptance criteria with clear logic and rationale.
Experience prioritizing work across competing demands while maintaining alignment to longer‑term strategy.
Ability to operate with limited direction in ambiguous problem spaces, identifying next steps with some guidance.
Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, including coordinating across teams to deliver successful releases.
Effective communicator who builds trust, inspires confidence, and creates alignment among diverse stakeholders.
Nice to have experience with:
B2B SaaS or platform products with complex user workflows
AI‑powered or data‑driven product features
Construction, design, or technical professional user personas
