We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Procore’s Product & Technology organization. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing Procore’s Unlock Partners strategy from a Product & Technology perspective. Your primary goal is to turn partner strategy into shipped, scalable product capabilities by continuously refining plans, incorporating partner feedback, and aligning delivery across P&T.
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll partner closely with Strategic Partnerships, Engineering, Design, and other Product Managers to operationalize partner strategy day to day. Use your product strategy, execution rigor, and stakeholder management skills to prioritize the right partner needs, drive build-ready work, and reduce risk between product delivery and business deal-making. This role sits at the center of Procore’s platform and ecosystem evolution—join us and help define how partners successfully grow with Procore.
This position reports into a Product Director within Product & Technology and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do
Execute the Unlock Partners strategy by refining plans and continually incorporating partner feedback into prioritization decisions alongside dedicated development teams.
Own the P&T relationship with strategic partners, ensuring product delivery aligns with partner expectations and commitments.
Work closely with the ERP GPM to ensure ERP-specific plans align with and support the broader partner strategy.
Partner with the broader Product & Technology organization to drive understanding, prioritization, and execution of partner-enabling work.
Author PRDs and write user stories for non-ERP partner capabilities, including cross-functional work that may be delivered by Financials teams but is not ERP-specific.
Lead recurring working sessions with selected partners to validate direction, gather feedback, and unblock progress.
Define SLAs and establish a governance framework for evaluating partner performance and identifying when partners are not meeting expectations.
Keep internal stakeholders aligned on strategy, progress, and risks, helping determine which partners should be prioritized for feedback versus commercial partnerships.
Identify and mitigate risk caused by misalignment between product engagement and business deal-making.
Drive toward scalable solutions by identifying and eventually building tools that enable partner success without turning the role into day-to-day partner support.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of product management or equivalent practical experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, platform, or ecosystem-focused roles.
Experience working directly with external partners to define requirements, validate solutions, and manage delivery expectations.
Strong ability to translate strategy into executable plans and build-ready artifacts (PRDs, user stories, prioritization frameworks).
Proven experience influencing across Product, Engineering, Design, and non-P&T stakeholders without direct authority.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and navigating organizational complexity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with ERP integrations, platform extensibility, or partner governance models is a strong plus.
