We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Pricing & Monetization Strategy to join our Corporate Strategy team. In this role, you’ll build the analytical and evidentiary foundation underneath our pricing, packaging, and monetization decisions across the full Procore portfolio — including our emerging AI offerings. The primary goal of this role is to turn ambiguous commercial questions into rigorous, defensible recommendations that hold up under executive scrutiny, and to make sure every number that reaches a leadership review is sourced, calculated, or explicitly flagged as an assumption — never blurred.

As a Senior Manager of Pricing & Monetization Strategy, you’ll partner with Product, GTM, Sales and Deal Desk teams to align cross-functional strategy with execution. Use your structured problem-solving, hands-on modeling fluency, and executive communication skills to drive high-impact monetization strategies across global markets. If you thrive on doing hands-on work that directly shapes top-line growth—apply today to join our team!

This position reports to the Senior Director of Pricing & Monetization Strategy and will be remote (Austin preferred). We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and stress-test the quantitative case behind live pricing and packaging decisions — segment-level performance splits, cannibalization-adjusted ARR impact, migration and monetization sizing — using structured problem-solving (hypothesis, analysis, validation, recommendation).

  • Diagnose ambiguous commercial problems end to end: for example, why a segment's new-logo motion underperforms despite a working motion elsewhere, and whether the root cause sits in package architecture, sales execution, or market fit.

  • Design and run qualitative and quantitative research — win rate analysis, price elasticity, willingness-to-pay — to pressure-test pricing hypotheses before they reach a leadership review.

  • Translate model outputs into a small number of claim-driven, board-ready recommendations, and stand behind every claim when it's challenged in the room.

  • Support the Senior Director in operationalizing pricing governance — preparing the analysis and materials that move a decision through cross-functional approval forums.

  • Contribute the modeling and market analysis behind new monetization model evaluation (usage-based, hybrid, credit-based, outcome-based) for emerging product lines, including implications to the existing install base.

  • Partner day to day with Product, GTM, Sales, and Deal Desk to operationalize decisions once they're made — packaging changes don't end at the recommendation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field;

  • 6+ years of experience in pricing strategy, monetization, product strategy, commercial strategy, or management consulting, with 3–5 years inside a pricing or monetization practice at a top-tier strategy firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or an equivalent pricing boutique).

  • Exceptional financial and quantitative modeling skills, with expert proficiency in Excel and experience building complex pricing, revenue impact, and unit economics models from scratch.

  • Demonstrated experience conducting qualitative and quantitative pricing research (e.g., Van Westendorp, Conjoint analysis, customer willingness-to-pay studies).

  • Proven track record of framing complex, ambiguous problems into clear strategic frameworks and presenting board-ready recommendations to C-suite and executive leaders.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills with demonstrated experience partnering effectively with GTM, Product Management, Sales, and Finance leaders.

  • Deep curiosity, high agency, and an owner’s mindset with a strong bias for action and driving tangible business outcomes.
