We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Investor Relations to join Procore’s Investor Relations team. In this role, you’ll help build and run a best-in-class IR program, creating the processes, data, and tools that make our function operate efficiently. The primary goal of this role is to partner directly with our VP of Investor Relations and executive leadership to shape how Procore tells its story to the investment community.

We welcome candidates from equity research, FP&A, accounting, audit, and investment banking.

This position reports into the Vice President, Investor Relations and is remote (United States).

What You’ll Do

  • Track consensus and sell-side analyst models across coverage to flag estimate revisions, identify variance from guidance, and deliver actionable Street insights to executive leadership.
  • Manage inbound buy-side investor communications and lead end-to-end event coordination for conferences, non-deal roadshows, and corporate events.
  • Analyze IR CRM data and shareholder ownership profiles to identify, target, and prioritize outreach to existing shareholders and high-quality prospective investors.
  • Prepare comprehensive executive briefing materials and anticipated Q&A documentation prior to investor meetings, conferences, and quarterly earnings calls.
  • Monitor real-time trading dynamics, macroeconomic trends, and peer group valuation multiples to evaluate market perception and explain share price drivers to leadership.
  • Standardize core IR operations and build automated monitoring, reporting, and data workflows utilizing AI tools, FactSet, AlphaSense, and CRM software.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Regulation FD and internal corporate disclosure policies across all investor communications and materials.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent practical experience, along with 8+ years of experience in equity research (sell-side/buy-side), FP&A, accounting, audit, or investment banking.
  • Proven hands-on experience building and maintaining fully integrated, three-statement financial models (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement).
  • Strong technical mastery of core corporate valuation methodologies, including revenue and free cash flow multiple analysis and peer trading comparables.
  • Deep curiosity for financial markets paired with an accounting mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and sound discretion regarding confidential information.
  • Outstanding project management and data management skills with the ability to build and standardize processes from the ground up.
  • Clear, concise, and confident written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of engaging effectively with senior leaders.
  • Technical proficiency or familiarity with financial tools and automation platforms (e.g., FactSet, AlphaSense, IR CRMs, Python, SQL, or AI assistants) and SaaS business models.
