Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on, outcomes-driven Manager, Revenue Systems to lead the launch and adoption of revenue tools and capabilities across our go-to-market (GTM) teams. This role sits at the intersection of business systems, sales, and revenue operations—focused not just on deploying features, but ensuring they drive measurable value.You’ll work closely with Sales and Revenue leadership, as well as end users across Sales, Success, and Marketing, to prioritize initiatives, launch new capabilities in tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach, and ensure they're driving business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a strong enterprise mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enabling sales teams through technology.
This position reports into our Sr. Director, Revenue Technology & Process and can be based remotely within the U.S. with occasional travel for key meetings and on-sites. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What You’ll Do
Own the launch and adoption of new features and tools across the revenue systems stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, etc.)
Drive value realization by ensuring systems are aligned to business needs and deliver tangible outcomes (e.g., improved productivity, pipeline conversion)
Partner with sales leaders and end users to prioritize initiatives that move the needle
Act as a trusted bridge between GTM stakeholders and technical teams—translating business needs into systems solutions
Monitor adoption and usage trends, gather feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement
Lead change management, communications, and training for revenue systems updates
Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, Enablement, and IT to execute high-impact programs
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in revenue systems, RevOps, or business systems in enterprise software environments
Deep familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach (hands-on experience strongly preferred)
Strong track record of launching and scaling GTM systems with clear business impact
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable interfacing with sales reps, managers, and senior leaders
Analytical mindset; ability to track, measure, and report on the impact of systems initiatives
A user-first mentality with a passion for driving adoption and results
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $174,400 - $239,800. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
