 We’re looking for a Principal Engagement Manager to join Procore’s Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll architect and implement innovative solutions while driving strategic customer success. The primary goal of this role is to translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies that maximize value for our users.

As a Principal Engagement Manager, you’ll partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to lead high-impact strategic initiatives. Use your strategic thinking, technical acumen, and communication skills to drive customer adoption and sustainable business growth. This is your chance to shape the future of construction technology.

This position reports into the Senior Manager of Project Management, Professional Services, Strategic and can be based remotely within the US. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute complex, multi-solution engagements to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

  • Manage resources and timelines to oversee the successful delivery of continued success packages.

  • Define a comprehensive services roadmap that aligns with our strategic company goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build sustainable outcome visions with key enterprise customers.

  • Develop solution maps by identifying system dependencies and integration points across the platform.

  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships.

  • Orchestrate services roles and workstreams across both pre-sales and post-sales motions effectively.

  • Surface relevant data insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize overall performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic consulting, SaaS Customer Success, or Professional Services.

  • 4+ years of industry-specific experience in construction or business transformation consulting for construction-related clients.

  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills used for refining external and internal business strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex info for diverse audiences.

  • Proven ability to align technical solutions with business objectives to maximize customer value.

  • Basic proficiency in API usage for troubleshooting and understanding system interactions.

  • Strong data analysis skills to uncover actionable insights and optimize business performance.

  • Willingness to travel to client sites and company events up to 40% of the time.  

Additional Information

Base Pay Range:

154,224.00 - 212,058.00 USD Annual

On Target Earning Range:

181,440.00 - 249,480.00 USD Annual

This role may also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
