As a Premium Research & Data Administrator, you’ll partner with your team and key Customer Success Team members to ensure customers get what they've earned by filling data gaps and correcting inaccuracies. If you love solving puzzles and helping others—apply today!

This position reports to the Research Manager. You’ll start with a hybrid training period out of our New Orleans office, and once you’re up to speed, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely, though we’d love to see you in the office occasionally! Our office is located at 1121 Josephine Street New Orleans, LA 70130. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What You’ll Do

  • Research property information using online county websites and internal/external tools to ensure data validity.

  • Communicate with customers and construction companies via telephone and email to gather missing project details.

  • Prioritize daily tasks and research requests based on established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Update construction job information within our proprietary database through precise data entry.

  • Correct data inaccuracies and resolve information gaps found in customer-submitted records.

  • Maintain a high volume of outbound communication while ensuring all construction data is legally compliant.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in data entry, research, or customer service.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to remain attentive and precise in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on maintaining a "help-first" and customer-centric perspective.

  • Analytical mindset and a proactive approach to solving complex data puzzles.

  • Technical proficiency and an appetite for learning new software, tools, and construction databases.

  • Hard-working and adaptable professional who is comfortable with routine tasks and working out of their comfort zone.

  • Collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
