We’re looking for a Manager, Value Consulting & Solutions Specialists to join the Procore EMEA Solutions organisation. In this role, you’ll lead and scale a team of Value Consultants and Solutions Specialists who support our go-to-market teams by translating product capabilities into measurable customer value. The primary goal of this role is to drive ARR growth, product attach, adoption, and retention across our EMEA Customer base.
As a Manager, Value Consulting & Solutions Specialists, you’ll partner with Account Managers, Customer Success Engineers, Sales Leadership, and Product teams to execute account strategies and support complex sales cycles. Use your people leadership, consultative selling expertise, and business value storytelling skills to drive revenue outcomes and customer success. This position reports into Ciaran Cushley, Head of Customer Success & Solutions and will be based in our Dublin or London office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Specialists and Value Consultants to consistently achieve performance, revenue, and adoption goals.
Partner with Account Managers and Customer Success Engineers to define account strategies and identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities.
Ensure effective positioning of the Procore Platform to drive product attach rates and achieve product-specific ARR targets.
Oversee the creation and delivery of value analyses, ROI models, and business cases that clearly articulate customer impact.
Provide visibility into Customer Lifecycle performance, forecasts, pipeline health, and attach rates for Sales and Executive Leadership.
Support complex and strategic sales opportunities by guiding technical strategy, value messaging, and executive-level customer engagements.
Collaborate with Product and Enablement teams to share field insights, improve messaging, and influence roadmap priorities.
What we’re looking for:
Demonstrated success in B2B software sales, solutions engineering, value consulting, or a related customer-facing role.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology in inside and/or field sales environments.
Strong ability to communicate technical concepts as clear business value via presentations, email, and live customer interactions.
Experience selling technical or data-driven products in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Proficiency with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional partners.
Base Pay Range:
78,960.00 - 108,570.00 EUR AnnualOn Target Earning Range:
112,800.00 - 155,100.00 EUR AnnualThis role may also eligible for Equity Compensation.
