Analytics Implementation Specialist

Job Description

We’re looking for an Analytics Implementation Specialist to join our Client Services team. In this role, you’ll turn our clients into Procore Analytics pros, ensuring success with our Analytics tools. You’ll be actively involved in a broad spectrum of activities Primarily focusing on analytics implementations, but also including: consulting, services discovery and scoping, business workflows, report development and delivery, team collaboration, and client relationship building.

 As an Analytics Implementation Specialist at Procore, customer success is your motivating goal.You’ll work collaboratively to help clients maximize value from Procore’s analytics tools - driving adoption, encouraging data-informed decisions, and ensuring solutions align with their business goals. Successful candidates are service oriented, possess strong communication skills, organized and demonstrated technical ability.  This position reports into the Manager, Analytics Services and will be based in Sydney, Australia. 

 What You'll Do:

• Partner with clients to implement analytics solutions tailored to their business needs including user training and client management.
• Project management and help ensure deliverables stay on track
• Serve as the subject matter expert for all Analytics products within Procore
• Help shape how our clients think about construction analytics, combining industry knowledge with data-driven decision making
• Collaborate and deliver statements of work for custom Analytics custom Analytics projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal client-facing teams including Sales, Customer Success Engineers, Product Consultants, and Project Managers 
• Use client data and industry trends to drive the development of future professional Services engagements

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of client-facing experience 
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience
• An organized self starter with a proven ability to work independently to achieve results
• Experience with professional services and consulting practices with the ability to communicate to a technical and non-technical audience
• You love working with data, whether it's in Power BI, Excel, or your dashboard tool of choice.
• Strong understanding of business intelligence and analytics with a problem solving mindset
• Experience applying enterprise business intelligence strategies tailored to specific business requirements, including construction financial reporting with ERP and accounting systems 
• Construction industry experience strongly preferred

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $112,000 - $154,000. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
