This position reports into the Senior Manager, Total Rewards Programs and will be based in our Austin office or remotely within an approved location. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and submit compensation survey data (Radford, Mercer, Comptryx, Pave, etc.), ensuring accuracy and consistency across global submissions.

  • Assist with Workday data inputs, audits, and validation, keeping job profiles, compensation structures, and employee pay data accurate and up to date.

  • Conduct compensation analyses across regions, including benchmarking, pay comparisons, and range positioning using established methodologies.

  • Support the preparation of materials for offers, promotions, and market adjustments.

  • Participate in compensation-related projects, contributing research, data preparation, and documentation.

  • Maintain compensation documentation and internal resources to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Team partners to provide consistent, reliable support for compensation initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 2+ years of analytical, HR, or compensation experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Foundational understanding of compensation principles (e.g., market pricing, pay structures, benchmarking) with a desire to grow expertise.

  • Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) and a high degree of accuracy in managing employee and job data.

  • Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).

  • Ability to work independently on routine tasks and with guidance on new initiatives.

  • Curiosity, openness to feedback, and a commitment to continuous learning.

  • Strong attention to detail, data integrity, and the ability to build productive cross-functional relationships.
