Job Description

Procore is looking for a Payments Onboarding Specialist! This role reports to Corporate Strategy and will have significant cross-functional collaboration with Product and Customer Success teams. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to directly impact the success of our customers by ensuring their vendors have a seamless onboarding experience with Procore Pay.
 

What You'll Do:

  • Guide vendors through onboarding, ensuring they are set up for success with our payments solution, Procore Pay.
  • Collaborate with general contractors to facilitate adoption among their vendors, who are mainly subcontractors.
  • Leverage tools like Airtable, Salesforce, and Outreach to manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and streamline communications.
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and customer satisfaction, working closely with the Product and Customer Success teams.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to customers, helping them unlock the full potential of Procore Pay.
     

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in customer success, customer support, sales or sales development, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes for customers.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and task management platforms; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • A proactive, “Help First” mindset—you prioritize solving problems, supporting customers, and driving shared success.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside of the box to solve complex problems.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $63,232 - $86,944. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
