Job Description

Procore is seeking a Product Manager to join our Solutions Framework Group. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and enhancing platform-level capabilities that empower our customers to communicate, collaborate, and take swift action on critical items across the Procore platform.  Your primary focus will be on significantly improving the experience for Open Items—a centralized view of all work a user, project, or company needs to complete. This is a crucial capability that nearly all our customers interact with, offering a tremendous opportunity to positively impact their experience and efficiency.

As a Product Manager focusing on Open Items, you will collaborate closely with UX Design and Engineering teams to execute on the product roadmap and features for Open Items, synthesizing customer and market feedback to translate needs into a compelling roadmap that delivers significant customer value and enhances satisfaction. You'll also contribute to discussions around technological innovation in Construction, helping Procore—as the leading market solution—create industry-defining solutions.

This position reports to the Group Product Manager, Collaboration & Engagement and will be based in Austin, Texas.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner closely with Group Product Manager to define a roadmap to improve the Open Items product, including how you’ll measure success
  • Synthesize customer feedback and market research to inform and guide your roadmap and priorities
  • Define and scope the work you want to do in a detailed manner, capturing critical requirements and user stories in the form of Epics and Stories
  • Collaborate daily with design and engineering teams to transform your requirements into value for our customers in the product
  • Stay in close contact with US based team of Project Management Product Managers
  • Effectively use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to help inform the decision-making process

What we’re looking for:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated initiative to drive change and results in a professional setting
  • 1 - 3 years of experience building and delivering successful SaaS products via a Product Management or Program Management preferred
  • Some experience working across engineering and design to deliver new features that drive impact for end users
  • Passion for customer success and seeking a deep understanding of end-user problems as well as competitive and market trends in the construction space
  • Experience defining user stories, structured requirements and specifications, and managing success metrics

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $113,040 - $155,430. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
