Job Description

Procore is seeking a Sr. Event Producer to join our global marketing team and execute the experiences that define our brand. In this high-impact role, you’ll bring our events to life, engaging Procore’s most important audiences—from C-suite executives at our largest accounts to key prospects in growth markets.

If you thrive in hands-on production, logistics mastery, and creative problem-solving, this is the role for you. You’ll work across teams—Industry Partner & Field Marketing, Content, and Executive Engagement—to deliver seamless, memorable events that drive pipeline, relationships, and brand impact.

This position reports into our Director, Global Experiences and Events and can be based remotely in the US with travel to our Procore offices and events when necessary. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What we’re looking for:

  • You’re excited to be the production lead and execute on a diverse portfolio, including mid-sized pipeline-generating events, ancillary events at our flagship, and specialty executive events

  • You’re willing and interested to be a utility player and jump in as needed to handle logistics for smaller experiences like Global Executive Briefing Centers & Executive CABs or take on a 3rd party tradeshow

  • You can manage all aspects of event production, including venue, logistics, catering, AV, registration, and technology

  • You believe in a flawless attendee experience by overseeing operational details, vendor coordination, and compliance

  • You know how to negotiate contracts, manage partners, and troubleshoot on-site challenges with agility and professionalism

  • You’ll use data and feedback to optimize events, measure success, and improve outcomes

  • You’re open to change, change, change and like to take a calculated risk

  • You can work across teams and manage a budget, a project plan, a workback schedule, and a breadth of personalities

What we’re looking for:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

  • 5+ years’ experience in global event production and execution, preferably within the SaaS industry

  • Expertise in developing compelling event formats and experimenting with technology and ideas

  • Proven success in creating unique and memorable experiences that advance relationships with key decision-makers and executives

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to capture and share key data and insights, and use them to drive key marketing strategies and decisions

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty, and leadership
