Procore is looking for a Director, People Partner (Go to Market) to join Procore’s Global People Organization as a strategic leader and advisor to the Customer Success leadership. The People Partner function at Procore is evolving and changing as Procore grows. We need your strategic thinking, coaching, and development skills to shape and scale Procore’s Go To Market Organization.
As the Director, People Partner, you’ll partner closely with business leaders, People Team leadership, and employees throughout the organization to ensure talent capabilities drive and support our business objectives. To thrive in our high-growth, dynamic environment, you’ll leverage your strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to build trusting relationships and accomplish business goals. This position reports into Sr. Director, Go To Market People Partners and is to be based in Austin. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Partner with Customer Success Leadership to design and deliver a shared people agenda with measurable business impact
Advise the business on the best approach to addressing organization and people needs
Drive change as the company meets the challenges of hyper-growth and the need to scale
Manage stakeholders for alignment and to hold accountability
Partner with other People Partners and Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment as part of a healthy, cross-functional team
Improve manager capabilities through coaching and activation of people programs, products and experiences
Use data to influence, advise and problem solve
Embrace growth mindset: learn, iterate, and improve
Analyze trends and develop proactive actions to support business objectives
Communicate to a diverse population by flexing your style according to the audience
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
10+ years of relevant experience within a Talent/HR organization
Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations and change management
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced unstructured environment
Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues
Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
Ability to think strategically and implement strategy tactically
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $192,000 - $264,000. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
