Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join the Revenue Analytics team within the Corporate Strategy & Operations organization at Procore. As a Senior BI Analyst, you’ll play a key role in building data models that enable fast, reliable, and actionable insights. You’ll work closely with partner teams to drive end-to-end analytics initiatives, alongside business stakeholders, engineers and operators.
This is a high impact role that requires strong technical expertise and business acumen.You'll be a driving force behind the data models, delivering trusted data and metrics that support decision-making at all levels of the company. This position will report to the Sr Manager, Revenue Analytics. This role can be remote or based in one of Procore’s U.S. based office locations. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do
Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineers to understand business needs and scope of projects, and translate that to scalable data models, enabling business decisions
Lead the development of data products and self-serve tools that enable analytics to scale across the company
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) specific Go-to-Market (GTM) and operational domains, including revenue, pricing, sales, product, marketing, operations
Be a cross-functional champion at upholding high data integrity standards, increasing adoption of data products, maximizing the value derived from data
Develop and refine tools such as dashboards and reports that empower teams to extract and analyze data independently
What we are looking for
3+ years experience in business intelligence, analytics, analytics engineering, or similar roles
Track record of directly influencing business outcomes through data, preferably in one or more of the following business subject areas: finance, sales, marketing, product, customer success.
Expertise in design, implementation and maintenance of scalable data models
Fluency in SQL within analytical data warehouses, and relevant tools for data transformation and business intelligence
A balance of technical depth and business orientation,with the ability to translate Go-to-Market (GTM) and operational needs into clear requirements, then architect and deliver solutions that scale
Experienced in using business intelligence and visualization tools to enable self-serve
Experience in B2B SaaS CRM data structures and how they drive GTM workflows
Proven track record of delivering significant business impact in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations, or other GTM-related areas preferred

Additional Information
Base Pay Range $111,760 - $153,670. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
