Procore is looking to hire a Talent Generalist to join its APAC talent team. In this role, you’ll work across functions within the Global Talent Organization (GTO) and Procore to build trusted relationships and provide human resources support while leading with warmth, empathy, compassion, and creativity.
As a Talent Generalist, you’ll partner with Procore employees, managers, Talent Business Partners, Talent Services, and others to ensure fair, respectful and consistent treatment of employees that align with Procore’s values. Use your problem-solving, organizational agility, and stakeholder management skills to support Talent Business Partners and the business. This is a full-time position that reports into the Senior Director, International Talent Business Partners within the Global Talent Organization. This role can be located in either Bengaluru or Pune, India, and is hybrid.
What you’ll do:
Facilitate a weekly hybrid (in office and virtual) new hire orientation, assisting the wider global talent development team.
Provide performance engagement guidance to management and own management of employee relations investigations and outcomes.
Coach Managers and employees on policy interpretation to establish a positive employer-employee relationship
Promote employee understanding, and ensure ongoing applicable compliance with statutory laws and regulations.
Partner with our Talent Services organization to manage logistics of all employee exits, leaves of absences, immigration, mobility and documentation for your business unit.
Perform routine tasks to administer and execute Talent programs, including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, leaves, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigation, performance and talent management, recognition and employee experience, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
Roll-up your sleeves and solve complex problems in a creative, scalable and repeatable way
Collaborate with other members of the Global Talent Org to leverage expertise, systems, and processes in support of business needs.
Execute in a thoughtful, fast, disciplined manner
Analyze key trends HR metrics, identify areas of opportunity, and partner with Talent Business Partners to develop related reports, analytics and action plans.
Support talent initiatives (org redesigns), projects (planning, change management and execution) and business as usual activities (compensation reviews, employee surveys) in a variety of ways - for example - communications, reports, analysis, presentations.

What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of human resources experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and projects
Possess the ability to use and understand business intelligence and data analysis software and programs, such as HRIS, for the purpose of evaluating, interpreting, and organizing data related to human resources overall.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills; maintains confidentiality; diplomatic, professional.
Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
Desire to learn and grow as an HR professional in a fast-paced, high growth company.
