Job Description
We're looking for a Supervisor, People Services to lead our front-line for our HR People Services team, which is the first point of contact for employee support. As a key leader within our broader People Operations team, you'll be crucial in ensuring a consistent and outstanding experience for every employee and candidate at Procore. Your leadership and expertise will have a direct impact on our company's growth and culture.
This role reports to the Senior Director, People Services, and is based in our Heredia, Costa Rica office.
What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a team responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Strategize and optimize processes for key areas such as onboarding, offboarding, system administration, and ticketing to support Procore's rapid growth.
Analyze and update existing HR processes to ensure they are compliant, efficient, and scalable.
Onboard and train team members on new technologies and process updates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and serve as a key resource for People audit inquiries (e.g., SOX, SOC, customer audits).
Collaborate across teams with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Tech to ensure seamless data management and transactions.
Act as an escalation point for complex transactions and process exceptions, providing swift and effective solutions.
Contribute to ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives, including documentation and implementation of new technology and system enhancements.
Develop and present basic People reporting and analytics to inform departmental strategy.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of progressive HR experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
2+ years of leadership or management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
A strong customer service focus, with a passion for delivering a positive employee experience.
Expertise with HRIS platforms, specifically Workday, including reporting capabilities.
A proven ability to adapt to a high-volume, dynamic, and non-structured environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills and a strong sense of judgment and discretion, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
