We’re looking for a Strategic Channel Partnerships Manager to join Procore’s Strategic Channel Partnerships team. In this role, you’ll execute and support partnership strategies with key channel partners to drive revenue growth and expand market reach. The primary goal of this role is to ensure the operational success of the channel strategy by managing partner relationships, coordinating program execution, and delivering measurable business results.

As a Strategic Channel Partnerships Manager, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and internal operations teams to drive effective go-to-market motions. Use your strong organizational skills, project management expertise, and relationship-building abilities to successfully onboard, enable, and manage partner relationships that generate revenue. This position reports to the Director, Strategic Channel Partnerships and is based in our Austin, TX Office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the partner lifecycle as the primary operational contact for a portfolio of assigned channel partners, responsible for onboarding, enablement, and ongoing relationship health.

  • Support deal structuring by assisting the Director with negotiation and execution of complex partnership agreements, managing internal legal, finance, and operations processes.

  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment to integrate partnership activities across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, ensuring cohesive go-to-market execution.

  • Track and report on global indirect revenue forecasts and partner program performance, maintaining up-to-date metrics and contributing to overall channel reporting.

  • Operationalize strategy by supporting the creation and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and preparing materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive alignment sessions.

  • Deliver field enablement and support by working directly with regional resources to provide training, troubleshoot issues, and support joint account mapping and pipeline generation efforts.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Previous experience in SaaS, software, or the construction industry is a plus.

  • 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in B2B SaaS channel partnerships or alliance programs in operational or field-facing roles.

  • Proven experience managing partner programs and relationships that deliver measurable revenue growth.

  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across Sales, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams.

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools is highly desirable.
