We’re looking for a Staff Business Systems Analyst to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team. This Staff Business Systems Analyst - Workday will join Procore’s Talent Technology team. You'll play a critical role in configuring, optimizing and supporting our Workday HCM & Recruiting systems to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our organization while delivering a delightful end user experience.

This position reports into Director, Talent Technology and will be based in our Austin, Texas office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the Subject-Matter-Expert in 1 or more Workday domains (HCM or Recruiting preferred).

  • Configure and enhance the Workday Core HCM system, including modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management.

  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather, document and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable Workday solutions and communicate technical decisions and design to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Lead requirement gathering sessions to align stakeholders on delivering against business outcomes.

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Workday HCM issues, working closely with Workday support as needed.

  • Lead and/or participate in Workday HCM projects that range in size from small sprint enhancements to large system implementations.

  • Stay ahead of Workday releases and updates, assessing their impact on the system and partner with stakeholder teams to influence roadmaps.

  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements to optimize HR technology delivery.

  • Follow internal change control practices including SOX compliance and ITGC standards.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Background in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or comparable field.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Workday Business Systems Analyst or a similar role. Workday preferred.

  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable HR technology solutions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in Workday report writing and data analysis (building custom reports, dashboards and analytics).

  • Workday certification in Core HCM or related modules is highly desirable.

  • Experience in a global or multi-national company is a plus.

  • Experience with JIRA/Confluence preferred.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $94,720 - $130,240. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
