We’re looking for a Senior Order Management Specialist to join Procore’s Revenue Operations team. In this role, you’ll review, process, and manage customer orders from the initial quote all the way through to billing. The primary goal of this role is to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of the end-to-end revenue lifecycle.

As a Senior Order Management Specialist, you’ll partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Billing, and Finance to support our subscription-based business model and ensure a seamless customer experience. This position reports to the Supervisor of Order Management and will be based in our Heredia office Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm located at Centro de Ciencia y Tecnologia Ultrapark (Ultrapark 1,) Edificio 7B, Piso 3. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What You’ll Do

  • Validate quotes and order forms within Salesforce CPQ to ensure pricing accuracy, correct product configuration, and adherence to approval workflows.

  • Manage the end-to-end order booking and subscription creation process in Zuora Billing, ensuring all data aligns perfectly with executed contract terms.

  • Process various customer order types, including new business, renewals, amendments, and cancellations, to maintain a seamless revenue lifecycle.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to clarify complex contract terms and drive successful month-end and quarter-end close activities.

  • Identify and resolve technical discrepancies across Salesforce and Zuora systems to safeguard data integrity and reporting accuracy.

  • Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, SOX controls, and audit requirements for every processed transaction to maintain corporate compliance.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation efforts that streamline the order-to-cash process and increase operational efficiency.

  • Support internal stakeholders by providing proactive updates and resolving escalations regarding order status and contract interpretation.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Order Management, Revenue Operations, Administrative or Billing Operations preferred.

  • Demonstrate fluent professional English, both written and spoken, subject to verification.

  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora Billing systems.

  • Deep understanding of subscription-based business models and revenue lifecycles.

  • Proven ability to manage renewals, amendments, upgrades, and cancellations accurately.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic approach to problem-solving.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.

  • Experience working within SOX controls and internal audit frameworks is preferred
