We’re looking for an Account Manager, Small and Medium Businesses to join Procore’s Sales team. In this role you’ll serve as the main point of contact for existing small and medium business accounts while also leveraging your understanding of Procore’s products and processes to maximize renewals and expansion. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success and other Sales members to maintain and expand our customer revenue base.
As an Account Manager, you’ll partner with Customer Success teams renew our existing customer base, qualify and manage accurate leads and upgrade and expand product offerings to current SMB clients. Use your prospecting, relationship building and organisational skills to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets
This position reports into Account Management Leadership and will be based in our Dublin Office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do: (6-8 bullets)
Timely follow up and qualification of new prospects from either customer requests generated by marketing, or leads developed by our Customer Success team
Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce.com
Develop and execute prospecting plans for territory development to establish rapport, build relationships, and create opportunities
Network and research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and obtain business requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts; provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested
Upgrade and expand product offerings to current SMB clients in your immediate book of business
Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers
Obtain repeat business, referrals, and references by applying an understanding of the unique requirements of your customers
What we’re looking for: (6-8 bullets)
BA/BS or equivalent sales experience preferred
2+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B
Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
Proven record of success in an inside sales based selling model
Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Ability to develop trusted relationships
Post-sale revenue expansion experience preferred
Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com
Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting
Base Pay Range:
44,260.80 - 60,858.60 EUR AnnualOn Target Earning Range:
73,768.00 - 101,431.00 EUR AnnualThis role may also eligible for Equity Compensation.
