We’re looking for Senior Staff Revenue Operations M&A Partner to join Procore's Revenue Operations team. In this role, you’ll drive the Revenue Operations integration strategy, uniting acquired systems, operational models, and process motions into Procore’s core infrastructure. Your primary goal is to architect and execute scalable RevOps frameworks—spanning territory administration, CPQ workflows, and forecasting governance—to ensure seamless operational continuity and accelerate post-close GTM growth.
As a Senior Staff Revenue Operations M&A Partner, you’ll partner with Revenue Operations leadership, Systems, Finance, and GTM stakeholders to manage 30-60-90 day integration roadmaps, align RevOps operating rhythms, and execute complex data and workflow mappings across merged entities. Use your operational execution, cross-functional partner alignment, and revenue systems proficiency to optimize quote-to-cash workflows, safeguard baseline ARR data, and establish repeatable RevOps integration mechanics. Join a high-impact team where you will directly shape how Procore scales its acquisition strategy and operational engine—Apply today!
This position reports directly to the Sr Director, Revenue Planning and will be based in our US remote locations or offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
Lead the operational planning and execution of M&A integration strategy for core revenue operations motions, embedding acquired operational workflows and systems into Procore's RevOps architecture.
Drive post-merger integration operating rhythms by managing 30-60-90 day execution roadmaps, Day 1 triage war rooms, and ongoing RevOps operational alignment.
Execute complex data diagnostics, account mapping, and entity deduplication across merged CRMs to establish single-source-of-truth account governance and whitespace visibility.
Standardize core SaaS revenue metrics (ARR, ACV, GRR, NRR) and data models across acquired cohorts, aligning legacy pipeline stages and forecast categories into Procore's primary reporting framework.
Architect post-merger RevOps operational mechanics, including territory carving workflows, capacity modeling frameworks, quota administration alignment, and Rules of Engagement (RoE) enforcement.
Build and refine repeatable RevOps integration playbooks to streamline Deal Desk exception approvals, split-crediting mechanics, and contract or billing engine migrations.
Partner with Systems, Data Engineering, and Enablement teams to execute CPQ workflows, tech stack rationalization, and field enablement on core operational processes.
Guide change management and operational onboarding for acquired teams to drive rapid adoption of Procore’s standard Revenue Operations processes and tools.
What we're looking for:
7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a large-scale technology company; enterprise software and hands-on RevOps post-merger integration experience strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
RevOps Motion Focus: Demonstrated track record focused on driving post-close revenue operations integration strategy, systems architecture, and operational execution rather than front-end deal evaluation or due diligence.
M&A Integration Execution: Proven expertise executing 30-60-90 day RevOps integration roadmaps, including Day 1 readiness, account deduplication, split-crediting mechanics, comp or quota harmonization, and quote-to-cash workflow mapping.
Revenue Systems Proficiency: Deep proficiency with GTM and RevOps technology stacks (Salesforce, Tableau, CPQ, territory modeling tools, and data enrichment platforms) with proven experience integrating acquired data into an existing primary CRM architecture.
Operational & Metric Mastery: Advanced analytical skills in unifying SaaS revenue metrics, pipeline governance frameworks, and data models across merged operational structures.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong cross-functional leadership with the ability to navigate complex operational trade-offs and communicate RevOps integration progress, risks, and roadmap milestones clearly across RevOps leadership, Finance, Systems, and GTM executives.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data manipulation using Excel or Google Sheets and Google Workspace, with a working knowledge of leveraging AI tools to optimize RevOps workflows.
Base Pay Range:
144,000.00 - 198,000.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
