Job Description
Procore is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Total Rewards Programs to serve as a strategic operator and cross-functional accelerator within our Total Rewards organization. You’ll own the evolution and delivery of our core global rewards programs — spanning compensation, equity, benefits, and recognition — ensuring they are not only executed flawlessly, but continuously improved for scale, simplicity, and impact.
As a Senior Manager, Global Total Rewards Programs, you’ll help shape the operating model and long-range roadmap for how rewards are delivered across the company. You’ll lead a small team, while also guiding broader cross-functional stakeholders through influence rather than control — acting as both team leader and coalition builder. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, sees patterns before others do, and naturally balances strategic thinking with executional excellence.
This position reports to the VP of Total Rewards, and will be based in our Austin office or remote in the U.S. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What You’ll Do
Be a key stakeholder to evolve core Total Rewards programs — including compensation/equity cycles, benefits experiences, recognition delivery, governance routines, and annual planning.
Develop and maintain the TR roadmap and operating rhythm, aligning priorities and ensuring clarity across Compensation, Benefits, Finance, Legal, HRBPs, and Systems.
Architect scalable delivery frameworks, building repeatable models that improve efficiency, visibility, and accountability.
Partner deeply with Compensation Partners and Benefits leaders to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery across all employee segments and geographies.
Identify opportunities for automation and AI-powered simplification, proactively proposing and piloting forward-looking solutions.
Create enablement and storytelling assets that help managers and employees understand not just what we offer — but why it matters.
Serve as a strategic advisor on operational design, representing Total Rewards in cross-functional forums and influencing decisions beyond your immediate scope
What You’ll Bring
8+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation/Benefits Operations, HR Program Management, or related roles — with demonstrated exposure to strategy and scale.
Proven ability to lead large, complex programs in partnership with executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong structural and strategic thinking, able to simplify complexity and bring clarity where there is none.
Comfort working with systems (Workday experience preferred), workflows, and data insights — not as an analyst, but as a decision enabler.
High executive EQ and influence skills — you bring people along, even without direct authority.
A builder’s mindset — you operate with ownership, curiosity, and a drive to leave things better than you found them.
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $160,000 - $220,000. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
