We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join Levelset’s operations team. In this role, you’ll help to drive revenue growth by finding creative ways to create efficiency for our sales and customer success teams.
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll take ownership over the administration of revenue systems, including provisioning, troubleshooting, reporting, and providing end-user support. By supporting our day-to-day operations and streamlining internal processes, you’ll have the opportunity to make a major impact on a growing revenue team. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and love using logic to solve problems, this role will be a great fit for you.
This position reports into the Revenue Operations Manager and will be based in Heredia, Costa Rica. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Operate as a CRM administrator, ensuring high standards of data quality, hygiene, and platform usability
Ideate and execute self-driven projects to improve processes across the organization
Preemptively identify process gaps and create efficient solutions
Generate ad-hoc operational reports to support day-to-day decision-making across the business
Take a lead role in maintaining vendor relationships & troubleshooting potential issues with our revenue tech stack
Provide expert-level support and guidance to the Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams for day-to-day operations
Serve as a subject matter expert across all functional areas managed by revenue operations
What we’re looking for:
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, ideally as an administrator
Familiarity with other revenue operations systems like Hubspot, LeanData, Gong, etc., ideally as an administrator
Strategic mindset towards automation and AI
Strong problem solving & analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
Proactive, data-driven approach to diagnosing and solving complex problems
Experience working independently and having a high level of ownership over outcomes
Deep understanding of core GTM metrics and KPIs, including their underlying calculations and logic
Strong ownership mindset regarding tech stack outcomes, CRM data integrity, and security enhancements
Ability to articulate complex operational logic to non-technical teams
