Job Description

Procore is looking for a Public Sector Professional Services Solutions Consultant to play an integral role in supporting the sale of Procore's Professional Services. You'll leverage your deep knowledge in SaaS to inspire customer confidence in the value of our Professional Services. As part of a growing team, you’ll scope and prescribe Professional Services offerings for clients and prospective clients to drive adoption and services revenue. 

As a successful Professional Services Solutions Consultant, you’ll serve as the critical link between commitments made during the sales cycle and delivery of the services. You'll help prospects architect best practice strategies that address specific customer business needs that are practical to implement and easy to service. 

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Professional Services. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
 

What you’ll do:

  • Position Procore's Professional Services offerings through value-based selling; tailoring pitches and recommended services to customers needs, outcomes, and resources.

  • Uncover potential business opportunities with customer prospects through discovery, researching and understanding prospects' implementation needs, and identifying potential solution hypotheses and value drivers of our Professional Services

  • Create SOWs and Amendments by being an expert on Procore's technology and by representing the interests of customers and the Professional Services team

  • Drive customer satisfaction by working closely with clients during the sales cycle

  • Partner closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, and Customer Success Engineers to increase salability of Procore's service offerings.

  • Collaborate with Services Delivery partners to co-scope professional services engagements, ensuring alignment on customer needs, solution design, and successful delivery outcomes

  • Assist Sales on new business opportunities by building proposals for RFPs, supporting sales meetings, designing and scoping services solutions for clients and prospects

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of Public Sector experience, preferably in presales and/or Professional Services 

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred; MA/MS/MBA degree a plus

  • Minimum of 5+ years of Enterprise software Implementation and/or Scoping experience with a focus on technology consulting, project management, or customer management.

  • Relevant experience working in Sales in one or more of the following areas: prescribing services related to upselling, cross-selling, change orders, or solution best practices

  • Excellent business and technical presentation skills, communication (oral & written), and relationship-building skills, across all levels of management

  • Current experience with scoping, drafting, and presenting services options and SOWs to clients virtually and in-person 

  • Experience responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs); technical writing experience preferred

  • Experience co-scoping services with third party service providers

 

 

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $109,715 - $150,858 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $129,077 - $177,481. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
