We’re seeking a Product Manager, Financials to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team. We’re looking for a Product Manager, Financials who is a self-starter and thrives in collaborative environments with multiple stakeholders, such as engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and product design. The ideal candidate excels at balancing competing priorities, thoroughly investigating customer challenges, and developing innovative solutions that exceed expectations. If you have a proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, execute established product strategies, demonstrate strong leadership, communicate intentionally, and drive alignment across teams, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll do:
Work closely with a group product manager, designers, and engineers to create powerful capabilities in our platform to help our customers budget and forecast their construction projects
Conduct Market & Customer Research: Gather insights and feedback from customers, stakeholders, and the market to inform product decisions.
Work Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to launch new features and improve existing products.
Define and Drive Product Strategy: Collaborate with other product managers to define product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with Procore’s goals and customer needs.
Evangelize the product vision across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in
Analyze Product Metrics: Evaluate key product metrics to measure the success of features and products, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Contribute to Roadmap Planning: Assist in prioritizing features and improvements based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
Develop Leadership Skills: Work closely with leadership teams to gain insights into the strategic direction of the company and the product organization.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years in an enterprise SaaS Product Management role OR 5+ years in the construction industry focused on leveraging technology
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Passion for construction and/or financial management with an interest in how to leverage technology in construction.
Customer-first mindset, with the ability to empathize with users and design solutions that meet their needs.
Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage time efficiently, and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $140,960 - $193,820. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
