We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join Procore’s Sales team in MENA. In this role, you’ll work across the partner ecosystem and directly alongside the strategic account executive to drive progression and expansion of high-value game changing strategic accounts. 

In this role, you will operate as part of a strategic account team, partnering closely with a Strategic Account Executive to drive deal progression, expansion opportunities, and partner coordination across complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.

As an Inside Sales Representative you’ll run deals along with our sales teams providing support and direction as the Procore point of contact . You’ll supplement your sales and networking abilities with technical knowledge of cloud-based software and Procore platform expertise. This position reports to the Country Manager, MENA and will be based in our Dubai office. We are looking for candidates to join us immediately!

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner closely with the Strategic Account Executive to progress active opportunities, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure consistent forward momentum across strategic deals

  • Act as the central point of coordination across partners, internal teams, and client stakeholders to drive execution of agreed next steps

  • Build relationships with construction management C-Suite, leaders, and critical decision-makers by visiting clients

  • Work closely with Partners and the Strategic Account Executive to align on account strategy, execute partner-led motions, and accelerate deal progression.

  • Prepare and manage follow-ups, meeting recaps, and action tracking to ensure alignment and accountability across all parties

  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to run campaigns and events that lead to pipeline generation. 

  • Research and engage senior construction professionals through phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to solve them

  • Have the autonomy to operate beyond your role and help the team improve our process, training, use of technology and any other aspects of our business

  • Participate in presentations and onsite meetings, coordinate RFPs, and position Procore as the leading construction software solution

  • Complete immersion and mastery of Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies

  • Travel up to 25% to client sites, industry events, Procore offices, and more!

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B

  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, specifically Salesforce.com

  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers

  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment

  • Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic

  • Ability to work in the UAE
