  • Run Agentic-thons / hackathon-style events, including logistics, agendas, and on-site execution
  • Fully own events end-to-end: venue sourcing, vendors, catering, AV, registration, and day-of coordination
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to promote events pre-launch, including email invitations, landing pages, social posts, and partner promotions
  • Coordinate creation of pre-event marketing materials such as agendas, speaker blurbs, event pages, and registration assets
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all event promotion and attendee communications
  • Support attendee acquisition by tracking registrations and making real-time adjustments to promotional efforts as needed

Conferences & Third-Party Events

  • Support Datagrid’s presence at select industry conferences
  • Handle logistics such as booth coordination, materials, staffing schedules, and event checklists
  • Create repeatable conference and event checklists to improve efficiency over time
  • ~30% domestic travel to field events and trade shows

Operational & Post-Event Follow-Up

  • Coordinate post-event follow-ups with sales and internal teams
  • Capture post-event feedback and learnings to improve future programs
  • Maintain organized documentation, timelines, and event playbooks

What we're looking for:

  • 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or event planning
  • Experience planning and executing in-person events (50–100+ attendees)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Comfortable owning events independently with minimal hand-holding

Nice to Have:

  • Background in event planning or hospitality
  • B2B SaaS or tech company experience
  • Experience supporting events across multiple cities
