We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join Procore’s growing Marketing team. In this advanced individual contributor role, you will own the audience-centric marketing strategy, driving the conceptualization and execution of complex field programs that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue for key accounts.

As a Field Marketing Manager at this level, you will do more than execute events; you will act as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, determining the most effective methods to penetrate target markets. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketer who acts independently to determine methods on new assignments and enjoys solving complex pipeline challenges through creative, data-driven field marketing initiatives.

This role has the opportunity to sit out of any of our US offices or remotely within the US. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Audience Strategy Ownership: Independently determine and drive marketing objectives based on deep audience segmentation. You will balance the "Velocity Layer" (volume) with the "Authority Layer" (decision-maker engagement) to design frameworks that align specifically with complex business goals. Your planning will operate at the intersection of customer needs and business revenue targets, ensuring engagement happens where and how customers prefer.

  • Strategic Sales Partnership: Act as a consultant and peer to Sales Directors and VPs. You will conduct 1:1 ideation and buy-in sessions to ensure field execution aligns with sales priorities. You will not just support business needs but anticipate them, using professional concepts to resolve complex pipeline issues in creative and effective ways.

  • End-to-End Program Leadership: Own the full lifecycle of high-impact field engagements, specifically white-glove hosted events, executive dinners, and industry partner activations. You will exercise judgment in venue sourcing and experience design to ensure high ROI, focusing on the "Validate" and "Align" stages of the customer journey.

  • Advanced Data Analysis: Go beyond tracking metrics. Analyze industry data sources, persona insights, and complex funnel data to evaluate variable factors affecting performance. Use this deep analysis to proactively pivot plans and advise the business on investment priorities between Authority and Velocity investments.

  • Field Execution Excellence: Serve as the primary owner for onsite execution. While you will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Digital), your primary focus is ensuring the onsite "white-glove" experience is flawless and drives face-to-face influence.

  • Integrated Account Targeting (ABM Tie-in): Integrate field activities with broader account-based strategies. You will ensure that field events serve as the physical touchpoint for high-value targets, reinforcing digital and direct mail campaigns to close the authority gap.

  • Mentorship: Act as a mentor to junior members of the marketing team, sharing best practices and helping to elevate the standard of execution across the department.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 7+ years of related experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or Demand Generation within a B2B technology environment (strictly aligned with IC4 leveling).

  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate high-level business objectives into actionable, high-ROI marketing strategies. You act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

  • Complex Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and resolve complex issues where analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors, specifically regarding audience behavior and physical location.

  • Executive Presence: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and establish credibility with senior leadership, key customers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Field Mastery: Expert-level skills in venue sourcing, budget management, and "white-glove" hosting. You understand that field marketing is rooted in human behavior and face-to-face influence.

  • Analytical Rigor: Deep proficiency in using CRM platforms (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools to drive analysis. You don't just report data; you interpret it to drive business change.

  • Travel: Ability to travel domestically (~30%) to drive field strategy and oversee critical executions onsite.
