We’re looking for an ESB Account Executive to join Procore’s Sales team. In this role, you’ll support the growth of our Emerging Small Business (ESB) segment by engaging early-stage prospects and helping them understand how Procore’s industry-leading construction management platform can support their business as they scale.
This role is ideal for someone coming from an SDR or BDR background who is eager to progress into a closing role. You’ll leverage your prospecting skills, product knowledge, and consultative sales approach to generate and advance opportunities, with support and coaching to develop full-cycle sales capabilities over time. The focus is on new logo acquisition, pipeline creation, and qualifying emerging customers for long-term success with Procore.
This position will be based in our Dublin office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you'll do:
Focus on new logo acquisition within the Emerging Small Business segment through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
Engage and qualify prospective customers via phone, email, and video, identifying pain points and aligning them to Procore solutions
Execute outbound prospecting strategies to build pipeline, including account research, cold outreach, and follow-ups
Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, business maturity, and readiness to adopt Procore
Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers and Sales leadership to deliver value-based product positioning
Progress qualified opportunities through early and mid-stage sales cycles, with support on later-stage deal execution
Maintain accurate activity, lead, and opportunity data in Salesforce
Meet or exceed activity-based and pipeline generation targets, with progression toward revenue-based goals over time
What we’re looking for:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
Experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound-focused sales role, preferably in B2B or SaaS
Strong prospecting and qualification skills, with a track record of generating pipeline through outbound efforts
Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and Zoom
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment
Ability to learn and articulate product value using a consultative sales approach
Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
Base Pay Range:
39,480.00 - 54,285.00 EUR AnnualOn Target Earning Range:
78,960.00 - 108,570.00 EUR AnnualThis role may also eligible for Equity Compensation.
