Job Description

We’re looking for a Global Immigration and Mobility Program Manager to join Procore’s Talent Acquisition team. In this exciting role, you'll manage programs in immigration, relocation, and tax for US domestic relocation, international relocation and international assignments. You will focus on end-to-end design and scaling of Procore’s immigration and relocation program, with an emphasis on best in class employee experience and operational efficiency. This position requires independent judgment and discretion in interpreting and applying HR concepts and principles.

The position can be based remotely in the U.S. or in our Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Consult, partner and manage the vendors for these programs including immigration counsel, relocation vendors, and tax consultants

  • Work collaboratively with internal partners including HR, Payroll, Finance, Corporate Tax, Compensation, and Legal teams globally

  • Assist with Legal Entity and M&A cross functional projects and program initiatives which depend on these core programs to define policies, processes and operationalize the workflow

  • Drive operational excellence by providing hands-on support for employees, business managers, Talent Business Partners and Talent Acquisition, while simultaneously serving as a primary contact for inquiries from managers, employees, candidates and the recruiting team related to global immigration and mobility

  • Provide strategic guidance and operational recommendations for program design and work on ad hoc projects when needed

  • Oversee the core compliance for all immigration and conduct periodic audits

  • Responsible for the full immigration case cycle from pre-hire to retire and will collaborate closely with outside counsel to prepare and file cases

  • Monitor progress for all immigration cases together with external immigration counsel, identifying long-term sponsorship issues and collaborating on long-term strategic solutions with applicable stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related area preferred

  • 8+ years of (in-house) corporate experience developing, delivering, and supporting immigration, relocation and tax

  • Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices - and how to apply these in an agile, employee focused, transparent environment

  • Knowledge of industry, market and regulatory changes in areas of immigration, relocation and mobility taxation

  • Discreetly handle sensitive employee reports or information

  • Strong business writing and oral communication/presentation skills

  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and solid analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong relationship-building skills to acquire the trust of business partners and leaders

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $113,560 - $156,145. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
