Job Description
We’re looking for SDR Sales Coach to join Procore’s Sales Development department. In this role, you’ll serve as a performance catalyst for our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. The primary goal of this role is essential to "flattening the bell curve" - elevating average performance while accelerating the development of our emerging sales talent.
As an SDR Sales Coach, you’ll partner with Sales Development leadership and the SDR team to implement our proven Diagnostic Motion coaching methodology to drive measurable improvements in discovery quality, conversion rates, and overall SDR effectiveness. Use your skill development expertise, commitment to culture, and proficiency in coaching methodologies to elevate average performance and accelerate the development of our emerging sales talent. This position reports to the Manager, Sales Development and will be based in our Carpinteria, CA, Austin, TX, or Tampa, FL offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

Additional Information
Base Pay Range $33/Hr - $46/Hr. Plus commission plan for an estimated on-target earnings of $98,400 - $135,300. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
