Job Description

We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager who will play a critical role in shaping Procore’s future by leading a portfolio of our most important technology partnerships. Your mission will be to advance our vision of creating the industry's most valuable and innovative technology ecosystem. This role is pivotal in ensuring Procore remains the unified global platform for the construction industry.

You will be responsible for defining the strategy and executing against it for a portfolio of our top-tier "Premier" partners across our 580+ integration ecosystem.

This portfolio spans critical categories including Financials, Resource Management, Artificial Intelligence, and Project Execution. We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial team player who is a highly capable strategic and analytical thinker and an excellent relationship builder with a track record of delivering results that drive bigger deals and higher close rates for Procore.

Procore’s Ecosystem Partnerships team advances company goals by working with partners to elevate product experiences, drive revenue growth, expand product distribution, and increase our market leadership. In this strategic role, you’ll own the entire partnership lifecycle, from identifying and evaluating new strategic partners to managing and growing the existing portfolio. Your projects will often span products, time zones, and hemispheres, and you will use your technical and business skills to drive tangible outcomes.

This position reports into our Head of Global Ecosystem & Channel Partnerships and is based in the US. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of a portfolio of Procore's most strategic 'Premier' technology partners to deepen our integrations, expand joint go-to-market (GTM) success, and deliver exceptional customer value.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the construction technology landscape across key categories to identify and build business cases for new, high-impact partnership opportunities that fill critical product gaps or accelerate GTM motion.

  • Evaluate partners against strategic criteria, including customer demand, market opportunity, and alignment with Procore’s strategic focus areas, to inform prioritization and investment.

  • Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders, including Product & Technology (P&T) and Go-to-Market (GTM) executives, to ensure strong executive sponsorship and resource commitment for your partnerships.

  • Structure and negotiate complex partnership agreements, covering everything from technology integrations and co-marketing to potential commercial models like revenue sharing or co-selling.

  • Drive partner performance by establishing clear KPIs, conducting regular business reviews, and ensuring partners are delivering high-quality, reliable integrations for our mutual customers.

  • Serve as the internal expert for your partner portfolio, communicating strategy, results, and market trends to cross-functional and leadership teams.

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years of business development, technology partnerships, or strategy experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS or platform company.

  • Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of complex, high-value technology partnerships, with a proven ability to drive significant business results.

  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership in a concise and effective manner.

  • A strategic and analytical thinker with the proven ability to establish clear priorities, work independently, and successfully execute on multiple complex projects.

  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills, with empathy for all stakeholders and the ability to influence and align executives at partner organizations.

  • Strong negotiator who can manage contractual, operational, and financial details to best represent Procore.

  • Experience successfully managing and building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, particularly Product, Marketing, and Sales.

  • Comfort with ambiguity, a 'doer' with a “no task too big or too small” mentality.

  • Ability to travel approximately ~20% of the time.

While not required, it’s an added plus if you have:

  • Construction industry experience, especially around technology.

  • Experience in vertical SaaS.

  • Background in management consulting or another strategic and quantitative field.
