Job Description

We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager - Technology GRC to join Procore’s Cybersecurity Organization. In this role, you’ll drive the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional governance, risk, and compliance initiatives and ensure the adoption of key GRC solutions across the entire enterprise.

As a Technical Program Manager - Technology GRC, you’ll partner with stakeholders to align program objectives with the company’s risk appetite and compliance programs. You'll use your strong problem-solving skills, communication and presentation skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental value to customers. Our GRC team is maturing through innovation and automation, and we would love you to help us build a world-class program!

This position reports Senior Director, GRC and will be based in our Austin office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive continuous process improvement and coordinate with cross-functional teams to build road maps and implement GRC solutions across the enterprise.

  • Drive initiatives to completion by managing program communications, including documentation, milestones, risks, and timelines, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

  • Manage multiple tracks of work to achieve program goals, oversee dependencies and risks, and regularly communicate status to stakeholders.

  • Shepherd annual GRC activities such as risk assessments, policy updates, and compliance audits, communicating status to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. 

  • Provide clear and articulate executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of validated experience managing enterprise-wide technology programs, such as software development or security implementations.

  • Experience building and maintaining security risk and compliance programs.

  • Familiarity with common security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, FedRAMP, and PCI DSS.

  • Proven success in driving complex, cross-functional, time-sensitive initiatives, which includes negotiating and creating plans, securing commitments on deliverables, coordinating dependencies, and resolving blocking issues.

  • Expertise in driving, tracking, and reporting on the adoption of key cybersecurity initiatives within an organization.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver incremental value to customers.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build trusted relationships.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience. 

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $168,560 - $231,770. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
