Job Description
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join Levelset’s operations team. In this role, you’ll help to drive revenue growth by finding creative ways to create efficiency for our sales and customer success teams.
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll take ownership over the administration of revenue systems, including provisioning, troubleshooting, cleaning data, and providing end-user support. By supporting our day-to-day operations and streamlining internal processes, you’ll have the opportunity to make a major impact on a growing revenue team. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and love using logic to solve problems, this role will be a great fit for you.
This position reports into the Revenue Operations Manager and will be based in our soon-to-open Heredia, Costa Rica office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Assist with Salesforce administration by assigning accounts, troubleshooting errors, and building automations
Maintain data quality in our CRM & resolve discrepancies between systems
Be a main point of contact for questions and requests from our sales and customer success teams
Conduct research to verify and update existing Salesforce account information, including company details, industry classifications, and relevant contacts
Manage our tech stack by provisioning access to systems, working with vendors, and troubleshooting potential issues
Help to improve processes across multiple different tools, including Salesforce, Outreach, and LeanData
Work with all levels of the organization to create efficiency and solve problems for the business
Assist with other areas of revenue operations like deal desk, reporting, and forecasting
What we’re looking for:
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving & analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
Familiarity with Salesforce and/or tools like Outreach and Hubspot
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adhere to deadlines
Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow their career
Strategic & proactive mindset
