Job Description
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Procore’s Project Management division. In this role, you’ll be working to develop and improve some of our most highly used products that help customers deliver their construction projects on time and under budget. Your primary focus will be on improving Procore’s Meeting Product. An overwhelming majority of our customers use the Procore Meetings product as the source of truth to store Meeting minutes and track key action items on items linked throughout Procore. In addition to Meetings, this Product Manager will serve as a PM conduit between our Cairo and US-based PM team.
As a Product Manager ( Project Management division) you’ll partner with our UX Design and Engineering teams to define the product roadmap and features for the Meetings product. You will spend time synthesizing customer and market feedback and translating those needs into a roadmap that delivers customer value and improves customer satisfaction with the Meetings tool. You will drive measurable improvements in CSAT by improving the experience that our customers have with the Meetings product. You will also stay informed of what's happening with our Cairo-based engineering teams, and stay in close communication with our US-based PM team members. Lastly, as a member of the Project Management PM team, you will have the opportunity to engage in discussions around technological innovation Construction. This position reports to the Director of Product ( Project Management division) and will be based in Cairo, Egypt.
What you’ll do:
Define a roadmap to improve the Meetings product, including how you’ll measure the success of your work
Synthesize customer feedback and market research to inform and guide your roadmap and priorities
Define and scope the work you want to do in a detailed manner, capturing critical requirements and user stories in the form of Epics and Stories
Collaborate daily with design and engineering teams to transform your requirements into value for our customers in the product
Stay in close contact with US based team of Project Management Product Managers
Effectively use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to help inform the decision-making process
What we’re looking for:
Strong communication skills and demonstrated initiative to drive change and results in a professional setting
1+ years of experience building and delivering successful SaaS products via a Product Management or Program Management preferred
Some experience working across engineering and design to deliver new features that drive impact for end users
Passion for customer success and seeking a deep understanding of end-user problems as well as competitive and market trends in the construction space
Experience defining user stories, structured requirements and specifications, and managing success metrics ideal
Ability to work collaboratively across the organization with other product teams and stakeholders to collect feedback and influence
